OUR FOUNDERS
FIM – Fabbrica Italiana Motoscafi, literally "Italian Motorboat Factory", was founded in 2019 by a team with extensive experience in the nautical industry.
Founders Corrado Piccinelli and Manuela Barcella, partners in both life and business, bring more than twenty-five years of experience across the nautical sector, from maintenance and refit services to boatbuilding. Their background has provided a deep understanding of yacht owners' expectations and the details that define a truly exceptional boat.
The company is further supported by entrepreneur and Liu Jo co-founder Vannis Marchi, whose entrepreneurial vision and aesthetic approach contribute to the brand’s ongoing development.

WHERE EVERY FIM YACHT BEGIN
FIM operates from a production facility spanning more than 5,000 square metres, fully equipped to support the development and construction of every yacht in the range.
The shipyard is located near Bergamo, in one of Italy's most established boatbuilding districts, supported by a network of specialised suppliers and skilled craftsmen. Every yacht is built entirely in-house. From fibreglass lamination and outfitting to testing and final delivery, each stage of the process is managed on site, combining craftsmanship, technical expertise and a fully integrated production process.
